Information Systems
The Information Systems study program prepares graduates to work in several sectors to integrate information technology solutions and business processes for the purpose of meeting the information needs of businesses and organizations. Effective IS integration enables and empowers organizations to achieve their objectives in an effective and efficient way. Our graduates will understand both technical and organizational factors, and they will be able to help organizations determine how information and technology-enabled business processes can provide a competitive advantage. Our IS graduates are expected to contribute to the nation’s development in the Information Systems sector, particularly in the e-commerce, Big Data, Data Science, and Information Security sectors. These areas represent the main focus of the curriculum of Information Systems study program at Sampoerna University. We prepare our graduates to be capable of working globally with high competitiveness and to contribute in their respective fields in the age of Industry 4.0 and beyond.
